About Costa Custom Boats

Handcrafted in Florida, Costa Custom Boats builds elite performance catamarans designed for serious offshore anglers — known for aggressive performance, robust construction and fully customizable layouts.

With a focus on quality over quantity, Costa delivers limited-production, high-performance catamarans built to the exact demands of tournament crews, charter captains and private owners.

Each boat is built with composite materials and vacuum-infused construction, designed for high-horsepower outboard power. From custom towers and helm layouts to live-well and tackle systems, no two are the same.

Why a Costa

Why buy a Costa

  1. Built by fishermen, for fishermen

Designed around how the boat actually gets used offshore, not around a spec sheet.

  2. 100% custom-built to order

Towers, helm layouts, live-wells and tackle systems specified to your fishery.

  3. Unmatched fit, finish and performance

Composite construction, vacuum-infused, rigged for high-horsepower outboards.

  4. Limited inventory, strong resale

Limited-production means the boat holds its place in the market when the time comes.
